Student Researchers in the 2025 Cohort Need Your Help
SUPPORT 2025 STUDENT RESEARCHERS
We are thrilled that our summer education programs will be starting next month! Due to the Eaton Canyon Fire, a $35,000 pledge for education was cancelled, resulting in a significant shortfall in the 2025 education budget. We have a critical need to fill this gap before the students join us in June. There are three ways you can help support the students in this cohort who have already been accepted into the program:
1. Make a matched gift to our emergency education campaign. Every dollar will be matched up to $3,000. This will double your impact dollar for dollar and help us directly support the students from our local community by advancing their education and career goals.
2. Science Day sponsorship. If you are a business owner or know a business owner who would like to learn more about Science Day sponsorship packages, please contact our development team by email at development@hmri.org or phone at 626.389.3408. Science Day is our flagship public-facing event and an excellent opportunity for businesses to deepen their engagement with the local Pasadena area community.
3. Share this email and the urgent need with proponents of STEM education in your personal and professional networks.
